Memorial Fund
The Memorial/Acknowledgement Fund was established to keep the memories alive of those who have passed along as well as to celebrate significant events (retirement, promotion, new positions) for yourself or your colleagues in the form of a donation to the SWHLF fund. Your donation will be acknowledged with a card to the family or individual that you name on the form. After your donation is processed you will receive a thank you letter which can be used for tax deduction purposes.
