SSWLHC has secured a block of rooms at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Nashville TN. at a discounted group rate of $254.00+ tax single/double occupancy plus tax per night.

• Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
• Group rate is available through September 22nd or until the hotel block is sold out. All rooms will be released for general sale to the public after September 22, 2022.  Group rate available 3 days pre/post conference dates.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. This card will be charged in the event of a cancellation, no-show or deposit when warranted. Group rates are subject to availability.
• Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4 pm local time 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 1 nights’ room and tax.
