Fall Virtual Events 2024 in place of in-person conference
SSWLHC is currently considering exciting options for a virtual educational event in place of an in-person conference for 2024. While we value the opportunity to come together and learn together in person, we have also heard the feedback from our members that they enjoy a balance of virtual and live trainings and events. We are also aware of the financial costs of attending live trainings where travel is involved and strive to provide cost-effective events that offer exceptional educational value. SSWLHC extends opportunities beyond its membership program to social work continuing education initiatives. In addition to an Annual Meeting and Conference SSWLHC offers its members and members of the community to attend our virtual webinars, recorded presentations and in-person events. These educational offerings represent the latest and most applicable topics to health social workers. If there is a topic you would like to see, please let us know! Email us with your ideas!

Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute is a unique offering of the Society for Social Work Leadership in Healthcare that brings social workers together to explore and enhance our power to lead change in healthcare settings. The program targets experienced leaders, developing leaders, formal leaders and informal leaders.

SSWLHC is happy to provide ongoing exceptional educational opportunities for all health social workers. Members have access to reduce registration fees.
We had a very successful in person conference in 2023. The Education Committee and BOD are working on possibilities for another in-person conference, likely to be held in 2025. Stay tuned.
SSWLHC has a long history of providing excellent educational opportunities for not only their members, but the community at large. These recorded webinars are self-paced.
