  • How the scale was developed and why it was developed
  • Training staff to utilize the scale
  • Collecting, storing and utilizing measures
  • How to better tell the story of Social Work contributions utilizing scale measures in partnership with other data, such as productivity.
  • Better meeting patient and family needs through enhanced resource distribution.
